You’re invited! Join us for the Department of Physics and Astronomy Annual Holiday Party on Thursday, December 4 at 6:00 PM in the Mountainlair Small Gold Ballroom for an evening of good food, great company, and holiday cheer.
Hosted by our faculty Social Events Committee, this year’s celebration will feature a full dinner, table games with prizes, and plenty of opportunities to unwind and connect before the end of the calendar year. Bring your holiday spirit, and maybe a little friendly competition, and help us to make it a night to remember!

We cannot accept RSVPs after Thursday, November 20 at 11:59 PM. We must provide a headcount to Catering, so if you plan to attend, be sure to submit a complete reservation for your party before the deadline.If you RSVP and realize later you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.If you are attending with another person from the Department, only complete one form for your party or submit individual forms.All are welcome to attend, including undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, faculty, and staff. Feel free to bring a guest or guests!
