We are going to have a special fun workout to kick off our reopening after 3 days of being closed for the holidays Wed-Fri Dec 24-26. It will also celebrate the launch of a new recurring Saturday 9:00 AM class time (Saturday’s class may be a bit more advanced than our usual class but modifications will be available for more beginner exercisers)
We’re excited to be back and can’t wait to move with you again. Enjoy the holidays, and we’ll see you Saturday!
