SYNOPSIS:
The Busy Bean Café – A coffee shop in Killeen, Texas, a small military town. During the War in Afghanistan. A couple is about to be wed, when an old love who was thought to be dead suddenly returns, and now the soon-to-be bride must choose to continue with the wedding or return to the arms of her former love.
CAST LIST
CATHERINE HALL – 18 to early 20’s: A witty bookworm who is equally kind as she is stubborn.
LIAM ANDERSON – Early to mid-20’s: A former soldier who believes in fighting for what he believes.
ASHLEY: 18 to early 20’s – The life of the party with a big mouth and an even bigger heart.
MS. LAWSON – Middle aged: A no-nonsense crusader with a hidden soft side.
NATHANIEL LAWSON – Early to mid-20’s: A living ghost trying to piece together his past.
KELLY – Early to mid-30’s: A born and raised southern belle and with business savvy.
JULIE – Middle aged: A woman with a complicated past in search of reconciliation.
Auditions will be cold readings from the script. Video submissions will be accepted for those unable to attend auditions in person. Videos can be emailed to m.t.pocketstheatre.inc@gmail.com. All auditionees are asked to fill out the Google form on our website.
