About This Event
Join Morgantown Elks Lodge #411 for our annual Flag Day Ceremony as we honor the American flag, celebrate patriotism, and recognize the values and freedoms it represents. The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks has proudly observed Flag Day since 1907, and this meaningful tradition continues today in lodges across the nation.
The ceremony will include a presentation on the history and significance of the American flag, a patriotic reflection, and a respectful Flag Retirement Ceremony, presented by our friends of the Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 306.
This event is open to the public, and all members, families, veterans, and community members are encouraged to attend.
Burgers and hot dogs will be available between the ceremony and the retirement ceremony. RSVPs are requested for adequate planning. See the ticket link below to RSVP.
