Did you know that learning how to practice mindfulness – only 5 to 10 minutes a day – can help improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and improve ability to manage stress? Carruth’s Intro to Mindfulness will help you to develop the habit of living life more in the present. Mindfulness is taught as a weekly, 75-minute class over four weeks (Thursdays 2/13, 2/20, 2/27 & 3/6) by a certified mindfulness instructor.
