The WVU Wind Symphony presents a program titled “Aspects of the Heart.” Featured will be works by Jay Bocook, Brian Balmages, James David, John Philip Sousa, and John Mackey. Joining Dr. Scott Tobias on the podium will be graduate conducting students Sarah Dawson and Jeffrey Hadfield.
