Wonderland at the Art Museum

The Art Museum of WVU welcomes families to an Alice in Wonderland themed tea party inspired by our “Screams and Whispers” exhibition. This is a NON-TICKETED event. No reservation required.

12:30 p.m.: Alice’s Art Adventures

We will have an array of whimsical crafts, including teacup decorating, as well as an egg hunt around our sculpture garden. Tea and snacks will be served, and costumes are encouraged for this afternoon of Wonderland Art Adventures!

3 p.m.: Mad Hatter Mayhem

We will have teacup decorating and a paper flower bouquet-making station, and there will be plenty of tea and snacks to enjoy while you create! We will also have a themed photo backdrop, so costumes are encouraged for maximum mad hatter mayhem! All are welcome, but activities will be geared towards students aged 17+.
