Collected Stories is a play by Donald Margulies that centers on the complex relationship between established author Ruth Steiner and her protégé, Lisa Morrison. Over six years, the two women’s dynamic shifts from mentorship to partnership, and eventually to conflict as Lisa’s first novel is published.
