Come to Spark’s second annual Noon Year’s Eve party! Kids can ring in the new year at noon on New Year’s Eve to enjoy all the fun of the New Year without having to stay up late. Kids will be able to make two crafts that will help them celebrate the holiday and take photos in our photo booth. Regular admission applies.
