About This Event
If you get a paycheck from WVU, you’ll be using Workday. The new HR and finance system launching in the summer of 2027 will touch every employee working in every location, simplifying and streamlining how we do business. To help you prepare for the changes ahead, the Modernization Program is hosting a monthly demonstration and discussion series, Workday in Action. You’ll get the opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and experience Workday in action!
The July 2026 session will provide a look at how Workday will transform the University’s recruiting and hiring processes to better support hiring managers and department administrators. See how Workday streamlines job postings, approvals, candidate management, and new-hire onboarding tasks into one smooth experience.
